Meredith Hawkins
Chief People Officer
Meredith Hawkins serves as GoTo’s Chief People Officer. She is responsible for overseeing all People strategies, initiatives, and programs worldwide, with a focus on attracting, engaging and developing a diverse workforce. Meredith has a passion for building high performing teams and cultivating a collaborative, growth mindset culture where employees can do their best work and grow their careers.
Prior to GoTo, Meredith has held several strategic positions in the Business Partner function at Trip Advisor, Akamai Technologies & Staples.
She enjoys a flexible working environment both in her home outside of Boston with her husband and two children, and at GoTo’s Headquarters in Boston, MA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College.
